so yeah ive just recently started to get a problem with my tank water going cloudy. ive got a 6*2*2 with about 10 fish ranging from 10cm bream to 30cm Barcoo.
all aussie natives. i feed them every few days and all the food gets consumed. substrate type is beach sand. i run an aqua pro CFD-2600 external filter (2400L
/ hr) which does the tank about three times an hour by my reconing. so yeah i cleaned the filter out after I noticed the problem and have done a few water
changes (the most recently being a half change) and the water keeps going cloudy. i dont think its the substrate type cause ive been using beach sand for ages
and have never had this problem. thoughts?
